Weight Gain Is In The Works…

I’m creating this blog as my way of giving back what I’ve learned over the years to others that are struggling with the same problem I did.

You see when I was a teenager I could not gain any muscle weight for the life of me.  I tried every weight gain supplement and diet plan you could think of.  My high school football coach told me I needed to walk around eating raw potatoes.  I’m serious I tried everything.  I used to drink those weight gain shakes like they were going out of style and still the numbers on the scale just wouldn’t go up.

Ya a lot of older people have slow metabolisms and used to tell me that this wasn’t a problem it was a blessing.  Well that didn’t help me much on the football field or with the girls for that matter.  I was tall, lanky and skinny.  It definitely hurt my self esteem and when you’re the little guy like I was you get picked on by the bullies too.

Now I”m not hear to cry and whine about how tough I had it. I just want you to know that I’ve been in your shoes and know where you’re coming from.

Look putting on muscle weight and gaining the body weight you want to have on your build doesn’t have to be as hard as it was for me.  I’ve learned a lot over the years and I started this blog so that I can share these weight gain stories and success tips with anyone else who is currently struggling with the issue.  There are a lot of supplements, workouts, programs and promises when it comes to gaining weight and I want to shed some light on the ones that work and the ones that don’t.  Take it from me the former skinny guy that now weighs 220 lbs of solid muscle.  If I can do it, you can do it!
